HELLO, BREAKFAST.

I had the day off from my day job, so I figured, why not have a little Me, Myself, and I T.L.C. 
It was so nice to just wake up, and meander into my kitchen.
One of my goals for 2013 is to have a better, happy life. One of the ways I've decided I can do that is by eating better. So instead of lazily pouring a bowl of cereal, I decided I'd make an omelet for one packed with bell peppers, spinach, onions, and a little cheddar cheese. 
I've noticed when I eat better, I feel better. My thoughts are sharper, and my creative process seems to be more open, and things really start flowing. I guess the start of my morning really just effects my whole day, I mean, funny enough, I've never really been much of a morning breakfast eater, but over the years I've noticed I have more "umph!", more gusto about my day if I do. Also, I've stopped eating after 9pm, and that has really created an appetite for breakfast.  I guess what I'm saying, as my appetite for breakfast foods has increased, so has my hunger for being accomplished, and getting things done.
So at the age of 19, I'm finally taking my mom's advice and eating breakfast, and all I can say is, "Mom, you were right again"
