POSITIVE

Last weekend I watched a documentary titled, "HUNGRY FOR CHANGE" and it talks about really having positive affirmations in our lives, and how mentally we can heal ourselves from just about everything. Diets don't work because why? We say, "I can't eat this" when instead we should say, "I can have this, but I don't want this" Putting that positive thought in there. Everyday I say to myself, "I accept myself unconditionally right now!" Learning to love yourself is the greatest way to have a happier and healthier life. Today and yesterday I found myself really struggling with that thought, that I accepted myself unconditionally. I had found myself in this mental block, and I couldn't get out of it. I came home from work, and did a quick scroll of my newsfeed when a friend of mine, Beth, had posted a link on the Law of Attraction, and learning on how to focus our minds on positive things, and attract positive things to our lives. So heres what I have to say to you:
Stop worrying about your life, enjoy it. Stop having fear, accept that your life will be full of happiness. I am happy right now. I will be happy forever. I trust in my life, and in my choices because I know they will be the right ones. Albert Einstein said, "Your imagination is your preview of life's coming attractions." Imagine yourself and the life that you want and you will have it, whether it's positive or negative. Nothing is coincidence, nothing happens by mistake. We create our destiny, so why wouldn't we create the best one?
THE FOUR LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS 
1. Unconscious Unconsciousness
Nothing is ever your fault, you're always looking for someone to blame. Negative things happen in your life. 
2. Conscious Unconsciousness
You become aware that you're negative thinking and the consequences it brings.You begin to see the negative pattern in your life. You might not like what you're attracting, but you take responsibility for it.
3.  Conscious Consciousness
You deliberately decide to focus on having pure and positive thoughts. You begin visualizing the life you want, and it starts small. Something great happens in your life, you intended it, you allowed it to happen and you acknowledge it.
4. Unconscious Consciousness
It has become a lifestyle at this point, taking less work to create wonderful things in your life. You have placed a positive ball of energy into your life. Good things happen all the time because you have taken time to understand your mind, and you have made those thoughts an important part of each day.
When our minds are in a constant state of appreciation, gratitude, and awareness of our actions we begin to make and create positive results. However, when we start looking for someone or something to blame, we begin to allow sabotage and chaos in our lives.
Time after time I have read about the importance of having positive affirmations, and how those greatly affect our self-esteem, success, and general well being. I create the life I live, so why wouldn't I live the happiest life, with the most wonderful things happening in it?
