MY MOM,

I could sit here and write eloquent words, but I want this to reflect our relationship.

It's simple, it just is.

My mom is one of the few people who I can talk to for days, and never run out of things to say.

She has been my teacher, forgiver, listener, advice giver, chef, artist, accountant, fashion stylist, advocate, critic, best friend, care giver, mender of broken bones, and broken hearts, gardener, driver, even seamstress at times, my biggest fan, and well, you get the idea. She's probably the single most influential person in my entire life that I have strived so hard to be like, and will continue to do so.

There are numberless amounts of things my mom has done for me, but she has always been my best friend.

My parents have always listened with open ears, and open hearts, some of the greatest qualities. She has never judged me, or scrutinized me. She has never left my side, even when I have made some pretty big mistakes. I am grateful the Lord placed her into my life in such a significant way. There has never been a moment where I have felt unloved, or not cared for by this magnificent woman. She is everything that I aspire to be, as she is virtuous, lovely, honest, kind, selfless, positive, and most of all, an angel to every life she has touched.

I am proud to call her my mom,

I am beyond filled with gratitude.
