I am a workaholic.
This was my day yesterday in a simple yet accurate nut shell:
wake up,
eat breakfast,
shower,
get ready for work,
go into work from 11:15am-3:30pm,
come home,
call mom,
eat,
return emails,
packed,
made phone calls,
freshen up,
go into work from 5pm-10:30pm,
change + freshen up,
packed,
shower,
return emails,
edit photos/blog,
sleep.
Now, on top of everything, I'm trying to balance everyday things in the mix
i.e. laundry, grocery shopping, eat healthy, spiritual well-being, working out.
As well as balancing upcoming things,
i.e. apartment hunting, photoshoots, collaborations, moving, vacations.
I've realized a couple of things:
1. SLEEP IS MY BEST FRIEND
2. SO IS WATER
3. EATING HEATHY = FEELING HEATHY = FEELING HAPPY
4. MAKE NO EXCUSES, STOP WASTING TIME ON POINTLESS THINGS (FACEBOOK)
5. My current job is not worth getting stressed over.
6. DO WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY.
This is me putting things in God's hands, and re-focusing on how to live my life better.
