It's really hard to believe that seven months ago I received and then wrote this kid his first letter when he was serving the last few months of his mission in Idaho. When he came home in the beginning of August, I had no idea what to expect, and what our letters would turn into. Little did I know, it was just the beginning of a great friendship. Tyler and I anxiously tried figuring out when we'd finally get to meet in person, and since I didn't think I'd be moving back out west until the following Spring, it was finally figured out and decided that Tyler would be flying out to see me today. Yes, today. I'm really excited/nervous/anxious/happy/worried basically combined into this giant emotional ball of anticipation, but more than anything I'm super grateful for having Tyler as one of my best friends.
