I probably should have blogged at least once while Tyler was here but I just wanted to spend every second with that boy! It's not everyday you get to meet your seven month missionary pen pal, Facetime friend. It's so crazy to think that Tyler & I were in Palmyra last Monday, only the first of our many expeditions. It was a great day to be at the sites, and funny enough, there was a Brazilian couple in our tour group, and their son served the same mission as Tyler except two years earlier than him. Poor people though, they barely spoke any English. Tyler did his best to communicate using his Spanish skills, even though they only spoke Portuguese, they were still grateful for his help. They were quite a riot, taking pictures of literally everything, to the point that the sweet lady grabbed my arm and pointed at her husband saying, "He loves the pictures" in her thick accent. So funny!
