What do 6 Bottles of Martinelli's sparkling cider, 4 Batches of brownies, gold, red, and lots of friends have in common? Well, that would be the Oscars. Lets see, we dressed up, ate Butterscotch, Mint, and Double Fudge Brownies, topped with whipped cream and Symphony candy-bar shavings, and drank our cider till our little hearts content. We set up our very own photobooth, and in between gawking at the gowns, swooning over Hollywood, and cheering on our favorite movies we took some funny photos to document the night. You could definitely count on us for freaking out over the timeless, and unforgettable performances put on by past & present musical movies, which included: Chicago, Dream Girls, and the Les Misérables cast. We were shouting praises at Daniel Day Lewis for his award for Best Actor, and we fell in love with Anne Hathaway's acceptance speech. Oh and of course, every little comment made by the charming Kristin Chenoweth. We were mesmerized by the 50 years of James Bond, and were a little confused as to why Michelle Obama announced the Best Movie, which went to Argo, but still found appreciation because of Ben Affleck's teary eyed supportive wife, Jennifer Garner. This year was a beautiful year for film, and I'm happy to say I was able to share in the artistic appreciation for entrainment with my great friends, all while having an absolute grand time.
