Sooooo. Here's a little preview of what I had made my valentine before he unvalentined me. Haha... it was just too cute not to post, and honestly I put too much time in this little love project to just act like I didn't make 52 of these cutie cards. I originally saw this idea on Pinterest, and immediately fell in love with this sweet, yet personal valentines day gift. It can be anything you want it to be. I saw some people print out pictures and paste them, some with clipart, some with typed messages with reasons ranging from "I love you because you take out the trash" to "I love you because you hate cats as much as I do" I think it's really special when someone takes the time and creative process to really think of something just for you, it kinda gets to me, so I try to do the same. Make the person realize that this love is not generic but has lots of meaning and depth.
All you need is the following:
+ 1 deck of cards
+ red sharpie
+ black sharpie
+ and a whole lot of reasons why you love somebody.
With that in mind, I hope you have all had a wonderful valentines, remembering why we love the people that we are so blessed to have in our lives, and keeping in mind that you don't have to be in a relationship, or have a significant other to enjoy this holiday that spreads love around.
