IT'S FRIDAY!

GET MOVING
Last week I was talking to a friend and they came to me with this very simple question, "How do you stay motivated, or even just get yourself to be motivated?" I mean, lets take today for example: It's the end the week, and sometimes it's really hard not just be like, "Okay it's friday, let me sleep in and just do whatever I want" But I've noticed a DRASTIC drastic change in my motivation levels these past several weeks when I stuck to these few things. 
1. EAT RIGHT 
2. DRINK WATER, AND LOTS OF IT
3. THINK POSITIVELY ABOUT YOURSELF, AND OTHERS
4. GO TO BED AT A DESCENT HOUR,
5. WAKE UP BEFORE 8:30 
6. LAUGH
7. BOOST YOUR SELF-CONFIDENCE
8. HAVE A GAME PLAN FOR YOUR WEEK
*May I also state that I noticed a drastic and terrifying difference when I haven't done those things.
April is my month of motivation, and over the course of this next month I'm going to be doing a series on how to get back into the swing of things. Great things are happening over here, and I can't but think, that it wasn't by chance, it was by motivation. Motivation can be the fuel to really get things rolling, but for me it takes a bunch of little things to really make that happen. Keep your eyes peeled for "MOTIVATIONAL MONDAYS" & "FEEL GOOD FRIDAYS"
