As I was scrolling through my Facebook feed, I came across this video campaign from Dove. One of my dear friends posted this, and I immediately knew I wanted to share it on the blog. We as women are our worst critics. I can tell you there have been many mornings where I wake up, and I stand facing the mirror, disappointed with the bags under my eyes, the lashes not long enough, the scars. I begin to pick away at my self confidence. But I've learned that obsessing over my flaws never did any good. Just embrace who you are. Embrace your uniqueness. Embrace the qualities that make you, you. Please just take the five minutes to watch this. I want you all to know, to be reminded, you are beautiful! Once you begin to have that knowledge, that simple truth, your beauty will shine through.
